Have you ever ask yourself why children are learning faster ?
Why do they find happiness in only few things?
When you see the light for the first time, brain is like a sponge, you observe and you learn. You make your own experiences like dropping a little ball on the floor, being fussy in from of a mirror… Then you get bored of simple fact, you want to know more and more. You start to build your own world, living into it between stories of your mother, and epic fight with your father. You are amazed of simple things you learn everyday, reality is melt with your own beliefs. If you fall, who care ? Your parents will be here to support you, so you run farther & faster.
Until you hit a wall called “the collective mind”.
A single line of thinking guided by medias, then fact of yours becomes fiction of the others, hope turn into fears.
We start to shield ourselves because we are afraid of what we see in television, closing our mind more and more. I call this shield ego.
And you may make revelations that cost you dearly only to have people look at you in a funny way, not understanding what you’ve said at all… but judgment of others becomes what matters to you, so, you won’t go further anymore.
What you desire the most is what others possess, and you are afraid of your own memories.
I’m asking you, what is being mature for you ? Safety of judgement which is usually acquired with age & experience ? Or a kind of oversize ego?
